4. Have to passion for justice, fairness, and making landmark case precedents.

5. A plus if being a AAA arbitrator before or now.

6. A plus if speaking mandarin.

2. Have lawyer licenses in the US, JD or LLM degree from US law schools.

3. Willing to join the firm as the full-time or part-time counsel.

4. A plus if having international practice experience, international cultural experiences, and foreign language skills.
