Kenneth Eade is an international business lawyer, based in Los Angeles, California, specializing in Internet and E-Commerce Law, Intellectual Property law, Trademark and Copyright, Transactional and Corporate Law, Contract Law, and general and commercial business law matters. He has experience of over 30 years in these practice areas. He is a member of the Bar of California, the federal District Court for the Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He holds a Juris Doctor in Law from Southwestern Law School, and a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, Northridge. He is also a political novelist, having authored over 18 books.
Sunny is licensed in the State of New Jersey, the state of New York, and the Province of Ontario, Canada. In the past years, she managed general practice primarily engaged in civil litigations and business acquisitions. She also represented individuals and small business owners in civil and commercial litigation and real estate transactions. She received her JD degree from the law school of the University of Florida.
Simon specializes in EU and German antitrust law, in particular restrictive practices, prohibition of abuse as well as merger control, distribution law, and e-commerce and beyond those subsidies and state aid. He advises national and international companies in various sectors, including trade and consumer goods. He helped an Amazon seller to win the case in the early stage after the seller account blocking in 2021.
He studied law in Heidelberg and Kiel where he received his doctorate with his dissertation on an antitrust law topic under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jickeli. Thereafter, he continued his studies at the University of Aberdeen and the University of Cape Town (LL.M.) and wrote his Master's thesis on an antitrust law topic.
Sun is an experienced business and litigation attorney in Paris, France. He is a Member of the Association of Lawyers in Real Estate Transaction (AAMTI). He received his Ph.D. in International Commercial Law from University Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris 1).
Ron’s practice involves patent and trademark prosecution, patent interference, technology transfer, IP-related business transactions, and cross-the-border investments. Over the years, he has advised clients in various industries including automotive electronics systems, building materials, construction, chemistry, fashion, and software. He led international transactions and have represented the both domestic and foreign client. Ron also assists in teaching IP classes at CUNY law school by preparing course materials and giving lectures.
Ron has a bachelor’s degree of law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (formerly known as “Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade”) (Shanghai, China), a master’s degree of law from Washington University in St. Louis (Missouri, U.S.), and a master degree of science in computer science from Pace University (New York, U.S.). He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the State of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
